My journey began with a simple love for creating beautiful, thoughtful things. From an early age, I was drawn to color, texture, patterns, and design, which naturally led me to creating handbags, accessories, and visual pieces that allowed me to bring ideas to life. That creative foundation eventually led me to study Marketing and Sales with an emphasis on Clothing, Textiles, and Design, where I learned how creativity, presentation, customer behavior, and business strategy all work together.
Over time, I realized my strengths extended beyond design alone. I became just as interested in the systems behind a business — the processes, communication, organization, customer experience, and day-to-day details that help everything run smoothly. Through my experience in retail leadership, product coordination, customer service, vendor communication, and UX/UI design, I discovered that I enjoy helping businesses not only look polished, but operate with more clarity and confidence.
Today, I bring a unique blend of creativity, organization, and practical business support to small businesses that need help turning scattered ideas, messy workflows, or overwhelming tasks into clear, manageable systems. My background in UX/UI design has strengthened the way I approach problem-solving.
